Cocktail Recommendation

Sunflower
0.75 ounce Cointreau
0.75 ounce Sipsmith Gin
0.75 ounce St. Germain
0.75 ounce fresh Lemon Juice
Rinse of Absinthe 
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice
SHAKE
Strain into an Absinthe-Rinsed coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
