Cocktail Recommendation

Choker 
2 ounces Suntory Toki
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Absinthe
1 white sugar cube
Add the sugar cube, bitters and absinthe into a rocks glass, muddle
Add the whisky, add ice
STIR
Garnish with a lemon twist
