Cocktail Recommendation

Eastside Rickey
2 ounces Tanqueray Gin
1 ounce fresh Lime Juice
0.75 ounce Simple Syrup
Small handful of fresh Mint
3 Cucumber wheels
Muddle the mint and cucumber in a cocktail shaker
Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice
SHAKE
Strain into a tall highball glass over ice
Top with club soda
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and fresh mint crown
