Cocktail Recommendation

50/50 Martini
1.5 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth
1.5 ounce Sipsmith Gin
Add ingredients to a cocktail stirring glass, add ice
STIR
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
(or make it an Oliver Twist with an olive in accompaniment to the lemon twist)
