Cos d'Estournel is owned by Domaines Reybier and headed by the visionary Jean-Guillaume Prats. In the eyes of great wine lovers, Cos d'Estournel has become a model of virile elegance in which power does not exclude either grace or elegance. Just as a talented writer displays a variety of personalities through his work, a Grand Cru can express the same style through its different vintages.

Goulée is the second wine produced by Château Cos d’Estournel. The vines of Goulée, located north of the Médoc at Port de Goulée and Jau-Dignac et Loirac, spread out on a gravely hill facing the Gironde estuary. Goulée, which was once an island surrounded by the waters of the estuary, enjoys a terroir of deep layers of gravel worthy of the greatest Médoc Grand Crus and its wines are the result of skilful vinification by the expert team at Cos d’Estournel
