The wines have hints of tobacco, layers of wild dark fruits and a mocha textured finish.
Château la Grangère is the picturesque sister property of Château Saint Julian that, like its sibling, makes an exceptionally delicious Bordeaux. A manually harvested, traditionally vinified Saint-Emilion, this right-bank Bordeaux has serious class with cool aromas of mocha and dark fruit. The vineyards are situated on sandy-limestone soil in the slope of a natural amphitheater with south/southeast exposure, stretching from the borders of its pedigreed neighbors Château Laroque to the east and Château Troplot Mondot to the west. This is another great value addition to our portfolio– it runs in the family!
